Understanding your profession
Every one of our candidates has unique responsibilities and come from different backgrounds. We want to fully grasp what you're doing so our team can ultimately help get you to where you're going.
Privately searching
Throughout our search, we will keep your information private and only release details when you agree to meet with a hiring manager at an employer we have found. We also understand that your current employer might not be as enthusiastic as you are about searching, all we ask is that you give them ample time once you have finalized your new position.
Transparency
Throughout our search we will share our progress and ask for feedback to help us further refine the search. This will only help expedite our process and help find you the best fitting path for your career.
Interview Preparation and Negotiation
We have already interacted with the hiring managers and know what they are looking for. Depending on your situation, we will provide the necessary coaching to have you fully prepared for the interviews. Some role playing might be done to help with tough questions, create authentic answers and fill in any concerns that need to be addressed. Regarding the negotiation, we don't want you to leave any money on the table and can help you counter offer respectfully. You may have been out of the talent market for some time, and salaries, commissions and incentives have probably changed.
Onboarding
We have found that the first 90 days are crucial for future success. We can help you plan out these first few months and make sure you are not only achieving but exceeding your new employers performance measures.
